It's him basically taking a shot at Drake for being looked at as a SOFT rapper (reputation-wise). It's not Jay necessarily saying Drake is a punk or a fruitcake. So on wax, this kind of jabs,work. This is what real MCs being doin since the beginning of time. Don't take it too literal. It's a play on words and Drake's image and Nothing More.
