Bailey
Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" sounds like "Lets get it on"
Mr. Wonder
Not shocked one bit. When I first heard BL, the first song that came to mind was GTGIU. Helen Keller could have ruled in this case tbh. But the sis needs to take her $7.4mil and find a chaise or two.

aed05
Um....folks need to lay off the family. Least we forget Robyn and Phaleesha came for the family FIRST! court documents state that they tried to sue the family last year before the family ever took legal action. The shit backfired and they lost. A musicalogist argued the songs were the same but that was obvious from jump. Not to mention Robin's record company quietly added Marvin's name to the credits of another song robyn recorded which clearly sounds like Marvin's "Trouble man". Its one thing to be inspired, but when your product sounds too much like your inspiration, maybe you need to re-tweek it. The family had every right to fight the case. Marvin's music is their legacy to benefit from, so yeah, Robyn and Phaleesha need to cut a check.

jarrylf
Yea no, I would've been pro the family if this case were the family's 1st and only time they tried this or if the song actually sampled it, but no, the family is dirty and tried to do this for years. And yea I hate that they filed first in order to attempt to protect themselves (which someone was saying on Access Hollywood they probably only did & were advised to because of the family's greedy history), but they were badly advised, and the family shouldn't have won because there was no sampling, it was only influence. Hell and now the family's showing the public their true colors with that Happy mess, fools.
