If I have a goal in place, I start planning how I want to achieve it and I don't base it off a particular year but more so on my circumstances and abilities. It is just a date on a calendar but it's psychological, it's a chance to feel you are in new and uncharted territority where you have the ability to start fresh. I finally checked on my cancelled flight to Miami, I have 2 months to take that flight or I lose out on it...which means I am flying to Miami for a weekend during classes because I will be damned if I lose out on 365.00 and I have to lost about 20 lbs I read you should drink a lot of water Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
