  1. Even if there was, was it attached to any controversy?
  2. ^ Well she's done with the whole SB thing. Point. Blank. Period. She already said her peace and expressed appreciation, but she's done. That's why her statement isn't in IG anymore. She doesnt want to entertain it anymore, even if it now benefits her.
  3. But you have to consider that she's in a place where she's completely done with addressing anything asociated with SB. She said her peace the day before, said thanks and was done. Yes, it would he great publicity now that thing are starting to come full circle, but she showing consistency by not addressing anything associated with 2004. She's showing that next time she talks, it will be about a new project outside of that.
  4. Also she did state the she appreciated our support the day before. She just probably really wants to move on from this.
  5. The fact the she didn't even acknowledge JT emphasize that they're not cool like that. I really gave to fucks about the festivities.
  6. The album will definitely have strong first week sales. Otherwise, this era is giving me fading force tease. I'm not seeing a lot of buzz and SB can only do so much.
  7. I liked JALW. It probably wasn't gonna go down as her most memorable song, it was indeed her most radio friendly. ANDS on the other hand was not catchy and the energy wasn't good at all. I stand by the opinion the Sexhibition was probably the only song that could have save the album. Most of the rest of the album was pure filler. Though I think R&B Junkie, All love and I Want You were highlights.
  8. FYI, Billboard reported the Toronto show sold out.
  9. ^ I think it's doing ok. Definitely nothing worth melting down over.
  10. Yahoo, AOL, AltaVista wtf cares honestly? I always appreciated any recognition Janet receives.
  11. Some fans are defector trolls. It isn't like there is absolutely nothing to talk about when it come to Janet, but they only come out of the woodwork when there is something negative or if they want to go on a pissing match with more supportive fans. They can be honest and say they don't really care about Janet anymore, but they just hang around to make us look stupid for continuing to follow and support her. That's why they hold on to those bad dates for dear life.
  12. And what exactly are the big dramatic fonts accomplishing?
  13. Some of you need to step away from the board. Y'all seem a little to invested in crying over spilled milk.
  14. MorganR U just want to say that I really appreciate you always coming through. Janet has been doing so much for us these past months and I'm glad to see her continue to live her life to the fullest.
  15. There is a difference between a lie and s misguided or incorrect opinion. In the past, some fans felt Janet didn't really seem that enthusiatic over Ciara. But that seems to be proven wrong. I don't think it's a big deal and especially nothing worth getting into a pissing match over. I'm personally pleased to see Janet embrace Ciara. I'm just excited that Janet has come out of her shell more.
  16. Sometimes I wonder what that Corey dude (I think that was his name; he died in an accident in 2009) would be saying.
  17. Eh, I doubt it. It had a lot of tickets remaining days before the show. I'm just hoping it's not an Austin situation.
  18. ^ I don't think many are saying it isn't bad, but rather calm the panic. And people need to understand the Live Nation picks the cities not Janet.
  19. Realistically TX was just too saturated. Even though Austin is hot right now, the market size was still too modest for an arena show. I don't think San Antonio is gonna do too hot either. Live Nation should have consolidated those dates. I'd rather see how some of the later dates are doing.
  20. ^ Just absolutely gorgeous. Tish has aged very well.
  21. Love it!!!!! Her charity knows no bounds.
  22. So you're saying you want her played on the Breakfast Club?
  23. ^ I disagree with your last point. Tom Joyner is an UAC personality and that's where Janet's legacy is still thriving, whereas it might struggle elsewhere (Though I personally never had a big problem hearing Janet on oldies stations). That said, I wonder if anyone has ever attempted to ask Kathy Ireland about the strategy for the tour.
  24. ^ I understand you gotta take the high road sometimes, but I wish Janet had a strong clapback game. I just feel like people can trash and discredit her because she'll just become reclusive.
