No one is going to extreme. I just don't think that everyone understands the scope of the project.

I wonder did people expect this to be some big high profile release where Janet was supposed to be everywhere. I understand that the promo was/is the polar extreme, but this was always a low-investment project of sorts.

I don't Janet want to patronize the media anymore. I think it is really torturous for her to go do all that. I understand seeing what they put her through, but it not realistic in make a project this ambitious be successful.

But it's only been a few dadays though. I know people a are deeply disappointed, but Janet ain't even had a change to digest the news. I think Janet tried to be transparent if something happened in regards to the tour, but there has been so many bumps, it hard for her to say anything to pacify angry fans now.

I understand people are disappointed about her visibility and lack thereof, but seein how she look, you can't say she doesn't care about the situation going on. I think she's in LA to try to salvage the situation. If she didn't give a fuck, I don't think she would be in the States.

Technically that an opinion which you are entitled to have. And it all depends on expectations.

I don want you to believe that I these postponements/cancellations are cute at all. It's certainly a legitimate concern in regards to her career and legacy. I just think that leg was too ambitious with her standing in Europe and the lack of promo didn't help.

For European fans who bought tickets, were you offered refunds?

I don't this Era was one big disaster as everyone is screaming. The album did make a profit, it plased her in a position where that only few artists were able to achieve, and managed a hit on radio. It just wasn't all over the media like everyone wanted. Part of the problem is the the fans wanted this era to be an opportunity for a stan pissing match but that didn't necessarily happen. I think at this moment in her life Janet is done with patronizing the media and she's very adamant about it. But transparency isn't a luxury in this society; it's required. Therefore that stance on thr media didn't translate well in Europe. So I don't think she doesn't care, but perhaps she just doesn't want to deal with some parts of the industry anymore. Hopefully, if she sticks with this "three year plan," perhaps the state of the tour can be salvageable. I'm just going to enjoy the album.

I hope that fans understood that if she was ever considered, they would have to have their guns loaded to defend her because it was not going to be pretty. Is Janet the only artist getting heat?

I'm not really surprised that she is getting trashed. Most rock fans were really annoyed when Madonna got inducted. But to let another pop girl in. Also these rock fans really hate contemporary R&B too so that is another strike against her among other things. How bad is it? I don't even want to read the comments.

But Tank's a baritone. A meh one at that. I find it hard for him to sound whiny but rather flat like others described. But yeah he's boring. He mostly riding along on his looks...

This tweet at least partially had to do with Taylor. It basically insinuates that Taylor's VOTY nomination was do with her white privilege. Taylor caught on to it and Nicki backtracked trying to make it a misunderstanding. She didn't directly attack Taylor but she did try to throw some shade. Nicki is just lucky enough the the media and society is very demagogic. Where Taylor went wrong was taking the feminist approach when she should have simply defended her work.

^ But she didn't have to make a tweet like that to get her point across though. Making that tweet does kind of put Taylor into the fold. Nicki is just salty because Taylor managed to catch on to it. Taylor probably should have ignored it but don't act like there was no cause

I'm gonna give Taylor the benefit of the doubt. Nicki didn't directly attack her but rather took shots at her success at the VMAs. Nicki should have found a better way to criticize MTV without shading the success of others.
