The victim of the accident is now claiming that she may have suffered brain damage. While performing “Adorn,” the R&B superstar took a leap across the stage and kicked Khyati Shah in the head. Afterwards, the fan was seen holding an ice pack while conducting an interview alongside Miguel. But her lawyer, Vip Bhola, says the ice pack was a pathetic gesture by the show. He insists his client’s injury should have been taken more seriously and she should have been rushed to the hospital. “Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury,” Bhola tells TMZ. If Miguel and his legal team were smart..the woulda offered that girl something..right there on the spot (cuz she would have took it) and made her sign papers sayin she cant sue now, just to get it out the way and done with. Whoop, watching TMZ live right now, and Harvey just said even with that warning they could still get in trouble for not taking her to the hospital or getting her immediate help...they just gave her an ice pack.
