She had implants cause her stylist back in 1999 told her it would be better for her 3. the 2nd time she got her nose fixed n etc the doctor fucked her nose up (the dents) 4. she recently had her implants taken out 5. she got her nose fixed the best she could. Her only problem now is really her make up & hair stylist. Cause when Kim has less make up on and looks done up. she looks really good!
