She has done major promo in the UK for MTN (even jumped on stage with a little tear in her eye to hug the losing Xfactor contestant) and it barely scraped the top 20, her dvd came in at 4 (Take That was a surefire number 1, but she should at least get in second) The special was ok, but so pretentious and ungenuine it's off putting... and the way she speaks, so nasally... annoying...
