However, those votes really will amount to little, as the top five vote-getters will be considered as a single ballot among the 800 or so that will be cast.Last year, more than 60 million people voted in the Rock Hall's official fan balloting. Trent Reznor's Nine Inch Nails received 13 million total votes, meaning each fan vote was worth about 0.0000538 of a vote. The top vote-getters will be announced in December and inducted next April at a ceremony in New York.
