MJ gets my vote easily regardless of what contest he's in. Unless my baby, Janet, is involved. So I'm voting for him. I still blast Invincible, plus, that was a strong album to release in the new millenium. ^_^

It'd have been bigger if he had more funding though. Sony can kiss my ass and his :coffee:

:blush: After MUCH MUCH MUCH consideration, I'ma have to roll with Aaliyah's Aaliyah . . . The album, to this day, sounds like it could have been made yesterday. It was WAY ahead of its time. Aaliyah gave everything she had on it. I bought the albumon its release day, a month BEFORE her death, so that has absolutely no influence or baring on my opinion. ^_^ Mike's Invincible is literally a millimeter away, it's my favorite record of his and he's my favorite male singer of all-time. Just behind that is J.Lo, hands down Jennifer's hottest record, back when I used to love myself some Jenny Lo. Alicia's Songs In A Minor is just behind that one . . . man, I honestly love all of these records (with the exception of DC3's Survivor, and Pink's Missundaztood, I only "like" that one.) It's not even fair to order them -_- This was EXTREMELY tough.

And before you bitches get outta pocket and say the only reason Aaliyah is winning is because of her passing ( :filenails: ) - I purchased Aaliyah's album wayyyyy before her passing. I support quality and classic material and Aaliyah's album was and still is a :censored: classic. Stay mad. :coffee:

Well the majority of this board has be in agreement that the Aaliyah album was great. I dont think anyone is gonna be surprised and/or hate if she wins. She's won BEFORE :lol:

Which is stupid. Sympathy votes aren't even a factor at this point.The girl passed 10 damn years ago -not yesterday.

I love that album..I tell ya, "Lick Shots" was a banger in the club..I remember when the snippet of the song played after "Get Ur Freak On" and I was sold on buying her album! Everybody wanted that damn song.. :blush:
