Both Janet and Mike actually, but that changed once Mike died...I guess you have to die to get recognition from Rolling Stone (if you're a Jackson). Rolling Stone hasn't made a definitive list such as this one in YEARS. They just revise them from time to time. But they've been showing Janet more love than hate, that's undeniable.
