  1. Um...they literally are tho . Their message is "He's Guilty, give us lots of money and attention for changing our minds" So opinion=fact......nah. Everyone with that opinion ignores the facts and plays to "you were accused, so you're guilty" that's not new, people easily moved will think whatever. I might, but it really will be for more material to mock them, and further my points about facts vs. opinion. Like if there was ANYTHING about this with a smoking gun it would've had a bigger wave than it did (like Surviving R.Kelly did almost a year before it came out, vs. this is already being slammed by respected publications for being based on non-proven accounts). Public opinion is actually more torn on it than set on 1 or another. But it just feels great to be on the side backed by facts and evidence vs. speculation.
  2. But the proof that it's a lie is the difference. Wade wasn't the star witness (the fuck!?!) Wade was 1 of many witnesses, the star witness for his defense would more so be Macaulay Culkin or Corey Feldman (who's literally nameing names of everyone who ever physically & sexually abused him, yet says MJ was 1 of the few adults in his life who didn't), witnesses who had nothing to gain by protecting him, thus their word against him would have enormous weight, more than Wades honestly Yea but they say they're going to try again in courts, no doubt for millions again, and since they weren't believable the last time the practice for this doc has to be a bigger help for their side so they can finally get the money....cause what else can they do....work? I need you to re-read that last part, you're saying....the court, FBI, & police findings are "irrelevant".....yet the words of people who admittedly lied under oath.....who admittedly (in Wade's case) didn't recall "years" of "molestation" until after he got fired from MJ projects and then instead of going straight for speaking out, tries to get millions out of these new memories with no proof to back up, that person's words have more weight than all than all the witnesses found credible (INCLUDING HIMSELF, they didn't just take his word for it they dug into the past and history of everyone who took the stand), all the random raids at MJ's houses, to it's literally devoid of all facts to be on that side. You have nothing to back up the accusation that he did anything inappropriate to those 2 cowardly accusors. Last I checked it was "innocent until PROVEN guilty".....and words aren't evidence....especially words from people that aren't consistent & have ulterior motives.
  3. Proof? So they gave proof to the documentary, but not to the courts when they were going for millions? That alone calls bullshit and trickery, you'll watch the documentary for performances and screenplay Oh I read it, but like their story, it doesn't hold up luv Well the desperation for money and the arrogance/ignorance of believing they could get away with it because Michael is dead (and cause Wade no longer works for/with the company) seems to be the shared backstory....based on the evidence we have Ah.......but no proof though, that's what their banking off of, the ignorance of not looking up the information or the facts (we have available) and wanting us to solely take their words (and actions of trying to get so much money). And that's incomparable to any other celeb that's been accused of this.
  4. not at all, you legitimately have to be proven guilty, people lie all the time, there has to be proof that someone's a victim and proof someone's an abuser and proof beyond a reasonable doubt Child porn, they found tons of porn, but all with adults. But most do. It has EVERYTHING to do with it when the revelation of "being in love" or "being molested" comes after you get fired, and you have zero evidence to back it up and you sue for millions not to prove guilty.. THAT's when it's far fetched. Ah that is a good point, we all know you can't just say something unless it's true....
  5. Um...that's not how accusations work, you can't just say "someone did this" and then poof their guilty, you need proof or your story has to in general be iron tight (like Cosby's victims or R. Kelly's, no Jackson accuser ever was found credible period including these 2), they looked through internet history (can't say he had it cleared, it's the FBI they can look at what he'd clear, yet found nothing). They looked through all of his posessions for any proof or trophies, contacted everyone he's ever been affiliated with positively or negatively Their brains aren't good enough, their testimony's would've been if it weren't about money. (also what wade being in the tribute has to do with anything, he went out of his way to scream Michael's innoncence until he got fired from being involved with another MJ project, then his mind changed, so there's that, he didn't just do the 09 tribute, between 09 &13 he went all around the world making bank off of "take classes with someone who danced with MJ") And is there solid proof of this or did you just now come up with it?
  6. Basically their banking off of dumb people who don't do the research. This isn't Cosby there was proof, this isn't R. Kelly there was proof. This is a situation where the police & the FBI & the media combed through details for years, the difference between Cosby & Kelly vs. this is nobody can say about the MJ shit "We overlooked this/that" nobody overlooked anything, they used everything they could to try to get him on this but nothing ever pointed to him being guilty without a shadow of a doubt. OJ got an innocent verdict because his lawyers successfully turned the narrative of the trial from being about murder to being about racism in the LAPD. R. Kelly got found innocent because the girl in the video didn't take the stand. Michael got found innocent because the boy & his family had a history of attempting to extort celebrities for money, and that's what every single accusor's motive has always been about.
  7. 1. But their hands were in the pot for the entire album according to the credits tho, thus my point the entire time. 2. Nice Trap you mean, I was hoping you'd bring up the number of reviews which furthers my point that it's a flawed source to cite as factual because it's contingent on the number of TYPES of reviews to get those scores, there's no "if's" about it, if Caution had 24 it would affect it's score, yet it has 82 based off 9/9 positive reviews. Damita Jo only has 4 more reviews than Caution yet has 5 positive, 6 mixed, and 2 negatives, thus +2 or -2 of the reviews & that Changes Damita Jo's grade drastically, and not to mention it's all purely based on. It'd be slightly more credible if they used the same number of reviews for every album from the same sources, and even then its not concrete because the site doesn't include EVERY professional review (obviously) so their scores are based on just the reviews they grab. Based on the "facts" of Metacritic scores, Damita Jo is mixed & Caution is Great. I don't have to change your mind, I'm right whether your mind agrees or not Thus is my entire point, that we don't have an album without them (or with them in a smaller role than hers in production) where she's as hands-on as she is when she's feeling it, thus you can't say accurately "she needs them" to make anything work, she needs to be heavily involved to get the best results, as long as she's in control, I trust the results
  8. 1. Their hands were also in the pot for 20..... it's not a guarantee for "greatness" having them involved just like it's not for them not to be involved, based on what we have we know the chances, but they aren't guarantees. 2. Your opinion is "factual" because it relies on the Metacritic score, yet your source of "facts" gave Unbreakable got a 75 while they gave Caution which in your opinion (or your facts) is so awful an 82 (her highest score and a higher score on the site than A4Y too). So are they only factual on Damita Jo & nothing else or is Caution as great as everyone's saying, or is Metacritic a bad place to source "facts"?
  9. 1. But that's not them producing, I love that she makes it very clear this is not them. 2. Your opinion is noted.
  10. 1-2b. Again, we cant count the current 3 albums without Jimmy & Terry nor the 2 where they had others involved as examples because that wasn't Janet at her best giving her best, hits or not love em or hate em, that's how it was. Her being independent, in her 50s, and far removed from aiming for #1s & awards she has room to experiment, hell Made For Now was along those lines and it worked. Jimmy & Terry just helped with the vocals, but had a smaller role like they did for those 2000 albums, and unlike those albums Janet was heavily involved in the writing & producing, which goes with she can make it work with anyone as long as she's giving her all and not compromising her vision & sound to let someone just throw whatever at her to sing. 2c. Inaccurate. That's just your opinion, nobodies stanning for Work or Beat Of Black Wings, but the unreleased DJ stuff has gotten more love than the album itself. It doesnt have to be better than her best to still be good.
  11. 1. Again tho, those examples aren't relevant to what I'm saying because she took a backseat, which she didn't do with Jimmy & Terry on the big 6. Until there's an album without them where she puts just as much work in writing & producing as she did on the 6 of the 8 albums with them the opinion that she needs them isn't backed by any substantial evidence. 2. Nah I think alot of us would be all for it, and frankly there's no real reason not to be. She's never done it & she's capable so I'm curious, and if successful it kinda would prove the notion that she "needs" anyone to make her sound good wrong, and how that's not seen as great I don't understand. And sure it is, definitely top 5 in vocals (especially including the unreleased)
  12. 1. Nah they both are legit hits. Pleasure Principle is in the top 3 most played Control singles on radio, and who said they were better than those songs (I use Black Cat more than AFY easily tho), point is they weren't involved & she did her best. 2. And she was also giving her all that era now? Vocally sure, but again, on that writing and production end, that album & era don't exist yet sug.
  13. Yea I'll never go for the "Janet can't breathe without Jimmy & Terry producing" side, for 2 reasons. 1. She legit has some hits, and some high-quality songs that they have no credits on, not as many as what they do have credit on, but that brings me to my 2nd point. We legitimately don't have an album of hers without Jimmy & Terry that she was as involved in the behind the production as she was with them to make such a statement. of the 3 of her 11 albums that she's done without them, she took the back seat for them all. Who's to say that with her being a force with writing & production assisted by new blood & new ideas she can't come with something great and innovative. Not putting down Jimmy & Terry, Unbreakable was her best since TVR, and I use it more than any of her 2000's albums. But for me to agree that "she needs them for her best", I'd need at least 1 album with her in major writing/direction in production roles to stand by. And as of right now it doesn't exist, so using the 3 albums we have without their input (& the 2 when they were "too many cooks" and she took the backseat on) doesn't make the case for that opinion I reserve judgment for her work with any producers until I hear the finished work. Just like all things Janet related, the fewer expectations, the better.
  14. I was hoping it'd be a Buzzfeed type quiz for this lol
  15. Right?!?!?! It's ironic as hell that you say that cause her current look reminds me of this picture of Tina And I always thought I could see Janet doing that look justice...and here we are and yes she did (I actually prefer Janets, kinkier, biger, natural/fro like) Like I told 1 friend last night can we talk about miss thang doing a private show, then private jetting over to get honored within a hour after the show? That's some rock & roll LEGEND type shit that's usually not reserved for anyone under 70
  16. Word is it's 2 things going on tonight, 1 was a private event in Vegas, the other is the club in LA tonight, she & the crew hopped on a jet as soon as the performance in Vegas was over and is heading right over to the club. CRAZY!!! *HairNote* If we get a era of Afro's, braids & pony's I WILL LIVE TO DIE!!! In general this look is what I was hoping the Unbreakable look would transition into so I"m WAY pleased, and her giving us full fro for a look in MFN, and kinky curls for the Essence shoot......I want a Janet era with big ass round kinky hair!....but still no expectations....just living for the moment.....watch me not stop!
  17. janet. Mostly but I have very Rhythm Nation/VelvetRope/Unbreakable tendencies & moments
  18. The song What Can I Say is better than everything released & unreleased on both 20 Y.O. & Disappointment, that's all I know
  19. My ranking as of right now (subject to change daily) and what I love about each basically. 1. State of The World (it's the tour for diehards, she opens the 2nd leg with a fucking B-side, she's performing album tracks I never thought I'd hear her perform, the way the medley's feel like megamixes, it all feels really personal too) 2. Rock Witchu (That set list is the shit, I love every one of her albums and it's the only tour to give a moment or even a notice to the 1st 2 albums, the stage designs were bomb, I love the Mohawk, the red Dress, & that Black cat/IF/RN outfit) 3. Rhythm Nation (it's simplicity is key, or better yet it's appearance of simplicity. It's the tour with the most live vocals, the only tour with all complete songs) 4. TVR (Her energy was on beast mode, the aggression showed in every way, the medley's were perfect, the costumes, the ponytail) 5. janet. (I gave this answer, so in short best opening song, best dancers, best showcase of her fun side) 6. Number Ones (The opening of her starting the show from the back of the room on the 1st row is amazing! I love the hair changes, I love the original costumes) 7. Unbreakable (The fact that she performed songs from the album before we even heard the album) 8. All For You (I love her look, I LOVE the Son of a Gun-Nasty section that's the biggest & best part to me)
  20. That's pretty much how we all feel. Her lablel took her & her work & worth for granted in 1 of the biggest industry fuckups ever.
  21. It was a messy situation with Shawn is all I'll say on that, I would've LOVED to see her in person at the Hollywood bowl dancing with Tish, Tina, Nicki & Kelly like she was a missing link....but I'm not surprised she wasn't there/apart of it. But yea in Gil's words AFY tour was drama from organizing till the last day.
  22. Janet was still dealing with Rene suing her at the time of planning, Shawnette stepped down from being lead choreographer & lead creative director out of nowhere (Gil was her co-lead so her stepping down from everything Janet, in general, is what gave Gil the position), and there were label issues with cost throughout the way because though he didn't say it we know that's when Virgin damn near shelled out SO much money for Mariah & Glitter & paying Mariah out of her contract. But yea he said the planning was a mess, she both wanted to get out there and do a killer show, but she was also stressed out & tired during the planning & throughout the tour.
