I am not a lawyer but I dont see how she can win a court case when her name isnt mentioned and her image isnt used. Is it in poor taste yeah, but he should have the right to be as big a dick as he wants too if he isnt slandering her. And how can he be if he isnt mentioning her name on the billboard. Then she wouldn't have gotten pregnant. She was not his wife, so she owes him nothing. Its her body at the end of the day. If she was his wife, I could understand him being hurt. But she's not. The man helped create the fetus sohe should have the right to say whether or not to follow through with a pregnancy. If the father wants nothing to do with the pregnancy or the baby, only then the ball can be in her court. It's like when those women on Maury way "I didn't make the baby on my own, so I'm not gonna raise it on my own." It should be the same this when conceiving and carrying a baby. So hr has every right to be disappointed. However, the process was a sensitive thing that the fact the he had to go out his way to put sensitive and private information like that really crossed the line imo.
