  1. It pains to say that I choose Whoopi because I love Angela so much but I love high brow comedy and well, there you go.
  2. I use to have a forum crush or two.
  3. Now now, I know that young nick the atomic bomb got all y'all's pussies in a tangle but let me get a couple of things straight. Nicki was the first female rapper (that I'm aware of) to come up through mix tapes -- not being put together by a company, not fucking for tracks, etc. etc. but aiming to go toe to toe with the Dwayne Carters and the likes. Nicki was the first mainstream female rapper to specifically target the pop audience. There have been crossover hits, of course, and cross over artist but in terms of wanting to feature pop singles and cross-mix the two; the first mainstream artist to do so. Nicki also had like 8 singles on the charts at one time, unheard of for a female artist. Nicki also might have been the first mainstream rapper to cross with the EDM and now we see everyone doing it. You can dislike the kid, but you will not take away from her success. Sure, she's not the first female to rap but neither was any of the aforementioned people that you named. So let's not. How has Nicki Minaj sold out? Because she's Black and likes pop music? The audacity of her. Even when Nicki was that hard talking hood-esque girl on the come up DVD when asked, what she dreamed her first album of being -- she said I want it to have rap songs and pop songs and something for everybody. Looks like she stayed true to herself and didn't let people box her in to what she should be making. Gaga didn't do anything for Nicki. If anything Gaga should be thanking Akon and the host of other African-American creatives that she used to create her image and market herself. Nicki is still the most relevant female rapper in today's rap game, period. Why does she have to be humble? Jay-Z's not humble. Kanye's not humble. Lil Wayne's not humble. There's nothing new under the sun. Everything being done has already been done. Nicki has always said that she had love and respect for all the female artist, listened to Kim and was inspired by her, etc. so what is there to expect. Most of the things posted are not unique things that Kim came up with and are rather common motifs in rap and hip-hop. This was her point. She said that she should be taken seriously because she's had successful album(s) and mixtapes and platinum selling songs. And I don't care what you say, Nicki's Monster verse is way hotter than that Control verse.
  4. I would love to just have tea with her. Do anything with her, really.
  5. People assumed she was talking about Iggy. It's funny because I thought she was talking about Lil Kim. And any who; it's been verified by everyone that Nicki writes her own shit.
  6. I don't feel as though you are obligated to do so; but I would because FUCK THAT.
  7. I always tweet watch the BET Awards. It's better when you have a cadre of talented shade throwers to go in and let have with.
  8. That is not a BET Awards party as stated above. That is a weekly Saturday day party known as Toxic. "You gone be in Toxic.. all summer." White media is always so got damn ready to try to degrade African-American entities and establishments.
  9. They went to Neverland and all they got to talk about is drinking grape soda.
  10. You clearly know nothing about fashion, at all.
  11. MJ Pharrell Karl Lagerfield
  12. Well apparently he was moved to the basement somehow and had snacks with him. High level fuckery.
  13. Gosh. I wanted to do it this year but I don't think I can. Maybe next year.
  14. That was big. I remember the summer before college, I went to a party in a big ass gym and the whole gym erupted doing the dance and me nor any of my friends knew the dance. We went and learned that shit ASAP and was ready by the next party.
  15. Clubbing in Miami. If someone was to get you a gift, what would your idea of a perfect gift be?
  16. The fact that they didn't make it into court. If they would have found blood all over OJ's bathroom don't you think they would've presented it with full fledged pictures You don't have to buy the idea of the police planting evidence but you have to address it if you are going to credibly talk about the case.
  17. When Adele slays the fuck out of the universe again; be prepared.
  18. Nae Nae Nae Nae NAE NAE NAE... The dougie was pretty big/ still going, I think.
  19. This around the way the girl. But a couple of people think they did. Do you go to clubs?
  20. I don't like Alex's character; but I don't like Piper's either.
  21. So, 84 of those things aren't evidence or are false and tabloidable. The other 17 or so all deal with DNA which still doesn't rule out the fact that the police had OJ's blood sample from when he VOLUNTARILY gave it to them. When asked if they planted evidence, they pled the fifth, and actual DNA evidence showed no possibility for the evidence to naturally occur. A glove to be wet and soaked in blood from all three people almost 8 hours after the murders.. a sock that wasn't worn with blood stains but none on the carpet. I mean you can believe what you want to believe. However, at least draw conclusions by looking at all the factual evidence that was actually upheld in a criminal court and be able to draw reasonable conclusions from them. And not base it off of 60 "I believe OJ did it because.." or "Nicole was scared of OJ" facts when Nicole herself denied being scared. I hate when people, fed by media with little to no training in evidentiary or criminal proceedings or whose ratings depend on highly sensationzlied biased stories (Nancy Grace) assert "SO MUCH EVIDENCE THAT THIS HAPPENED," yet when asked what evidence that wasn't tainted, say, "well his son thought he did it at first.
