Nicole never took any steps to stop any kind of stalking and in fact saw OJ the night of at a play. The knife purchase was claimed by someone who sold his story to the national inquirer or something similar for money. Right, none of that says, innocent. Yet, none of that says guilty either which is what a prosecutor needs to prove in a court of law and which is why he was correctly found not guilty. We can't convict people of murder because someone broke up with them. By portraying this as "all the signs" that he did it; we are ignoring the evidence that suggests that he did not do it: - Still no conceivable motive as to why he would create this crime of passion. Nicole had several boyfriends. OJ even walked in on one sexual incident happened. No crazy blow-ups. - The timeline doesn't fit for OJ to leave his home later than 9:40 P.M., travel to Nicole's place (unnoticed in a neighborhood that he lived in for years as a high profile celebrity), kill Nicole, wrestle with Ron (all evidence on both sides conclude that Ron fought for his life), kill him, hide his bloody clothes and murder weapon so well that its never discovered, clean himself up, hop in his bronco, drive back, drop the glove at his place (STILL SOAKING WET WITH BLOOD), get his bags, meet the driver at 11 p.m. - The glove was still soaking wet some 6 or 7 hours after the murder after it was conceivably found by Mark Furhman. If it was in such a soaked condition why didn't more blood get in the Bronco? - Mark Furhman (the detective who discovered a bulk of the evidence) on the stand when directly asked if he planted evidence, plead the fifth, and was later found guilty of perjury. - The "bloodied" sock said to be found was bloodied throughout both sides consistent with a sock not being worn at all. - No bloodied shoes found. No bloodied clothes found. - Whoever committed the murder killed two people by stabbing them. When did OJ had time to clean himself off without getting blood all over his home; truck; EVERYWHERE? - OJ then went to the airport, was among people, spoke to the cabin crew, and was by all accounts normal in his actions on the plane. - There was no signs of his alleged fight with Ron Goldman observed by any of the easily over 100 people who saw him. - When he was photographed by police the next day; again no signs. - The presence of EDTA in the blood samples which suggest that the blood came from some DNA vials used to preserve the blood that was not found in the blood samples from OJ Simpson's cut but was found on the gate (20 days after the murder) and on the sock.. That's enough for a not guilty verdict. Not only do I think OJ is not guilty; I don't think that he committed this crime. I do however, think that he may know or have an idea of who did commit these crimes. (Also in terms of the book, If I Did It, there has been reports that he was (or was going to be/I can't remember which) paid a copious amount of money in cash to attach his name to the book though it was ghost written. He saw no foul in it because everyone thought he committed the murders anyway and he he needed the money (because all money that he did make had to be siphoned off to the Goldmans) to support his life style. Stupid? Absolutely.

There is no evidence to suggest he was stalking her. There was an isolated incident of domestic abuse however at the time they were living separately and dating separately with evidence that he was cordial to her boyfriends & even that they saw each other that evening and that everything seemed to be copacetic between the two. & of course there was no evidence which is why Fuhrman had to plant evidence.

There is no plausible scenario where OJ could have committed the crimes, unnoticed, and with as little DNA as was found in such a bloody and atrocious murder where there was no evidence of him being involved in combat though Ron Goldman had visible signs of a fight on his body. Furthermore, nothing post-murder leads to OJ Simpson being guilty. Moreover, one of the lead detectives on the case plead the 5th on planting DNA evidence and was found guilty of impeachment.

Well, I think because of my age, my city preference (NYC and LA), and my dating preference of being attracted to creative types, then it's not always going to be a situation where they have all three things. I don't necessarily expect a early-to-mid twenties person to have all those things solidified. Also, they may be in between jobs as an actor or a writer, or they probably have a roommate, or if they are in NY then they probably don't have a car. Even in LA, where a car is "needed", I don't think its as big of a deal if we have a way to meet up. I also think preferences has to be taken into consideration. For instance, though I've been away from my family home since 15, and have lived by myself on a couple of occasions, and consider myself to be strongly independent, I prefer having a roommate over living by myself. As long as the living situation is not prohibitive then I don't think having roommates is a problem. I have even dated someone who lived with their parents. I just don't see a reason to be prohibitive in dating someone on such things as not driving or not living by themselves, if you drive and/or live by yourself.
