If he was truly wronged, which we only have one side of the story (a weird one at that), then I believe there was a better way to handle this then suing for $2.5 million. Now corporations who may have been open to the idea of hiring androgynous and/or transgendered people as personalities for their brand, may think twice, if it becomes this easy to sue for discrimination when there is a disagreement.
