janetDAYZ
Two weeks ago Miley Cyrus surprised the entire internet by appearing in a photo with Pharrell Williams and Tyler, the Creator on either side of her. In a new interview with Billboard, Miley explains why she was kicking it with the Neptunes producer and the Odd Future bad boy. "A lot of the beats are produced hip-hop beats," said Miley. "But the vocal is very raw and my voice is kind of on top of all the tracks, which is what I wanted." Cyrus revealed that her next project will not only be more hip-hop oriented, but specifically Southern hip-hop oriented. She told billboard she's been working with "a lot of hip hop producers that are actually from the South, because I wanted more of that dirty-South vibe, a little ATL in there." Well, regardless of quality, Miley's new material will certainly be interesting. Source: hiphopblog.com
