The next Lifetime Biopic in the works is................

ifetime has given the greenlight to “Un-Break My Heart,” an original movie based on singerToni Braxton’s memoir.

The authorized film will follow Braxton’s ups and downs through severe chronic illness, financial troubles and divorce while navigating her son’s autism and family struggles.

Braxton will executive produce and appear in the film, which is set to begin production later this year. “Un-Break My Heart” will also be executive produced by Craig Baumgarten, Erik Kritzer and Marcus Grant, and hails from Link Entertainment. The script was penned by Susan McMartin, with Vondie Curtis-Hall set to direct.

Lifetime has created plenty of buzz (but onlymoderate ratings) with “unauthorized” behind-the-scenes movies based on retro TV series including “Saved By the Bell” and “Full House,” with “The Unauthorized Beverly Hills 90210 Story” and “The Unauthorized Melrose Place Story” set to air in October. A movie aboutCharles Manson and his followers is also in the works at the cabler. Lifetime’s critically-acclaimed scripted series “UnReal” has been renewed for a second season and will return in 2016.

Toni has had quite an crazy industry life...discovery, her and Babyface, hits, bankruptcy x 2, divorce, son with ill health, drama with sisters.

In fact, we probably wont find out nothing that BFV has discussed already

Her story is PERFECT for a Lifetime movie cus she's had tons of unfortunate misfortunes in her life like you juss mentioned .. the only downside is the biopic thing is becoming too common when something like that shouldnt be. At this rate Ciara will have one in five years called "Goodies and Failed Charts"
