Yes I was at the Janet Jackson concert in Houston, Texas at the Reliant Stadium -Rodeo Houston 2011 last night and it was awesome

Just spectacular! :yahoo::cheer::yahoo:

It was a very good sold out concert croud and a mixture of all races-just as many white

people where there as there were blacks. Those of all races were up on their feet

dancing and ejoying the concert.

I'm still tired. I got home around 1:00am and slept the entire night.

I had a very very very good time at the entire rodeo. There was just

so much to do and see-an overall fantastic event :yep: . We had so much free

food and drinks at the rodeo and at the concert, rode the rides at the

carnival, petted the animals, walked by the bulls and cows, enoyed the

bronko rouding, mut bustin, bull riding, barrel rounding, etc...

OMG... after the Janet concert in the parking lot by the carnival under

the huge white tent called "The Hide Out" is where those 21 and over could

go to party and get they drank on. I went in there is was packed and a line

to enter but well worth it. The dance floor area was full of people doing

the zydeco while a zydeco band played music on stage  . There were bars to

buy liquor all around the inside of the "Hide Out" tent  . Police did check

I.D. before you could enter, but this was the party place to be once Janet's

concert ended.

Anyways... I had a real good time and after Janet left the stage all I could

hear from some of the white people who sat near me was good things about Janet's

performance. A group of three white ladies who were together said, "That was

electrifying" Then they said, "Wow does she look good and how did she get into

that outfit I bet they had to peel it off of her" They made comments about her

ability to being able to bend, drop to her knees and jump right back up, saying that they would have still been on the groud. The people really enjoyed it. It was such a good show no

one was ready for Janet to leave the stage.

she is only doing an hour show

Janet performed from 8:30pm -10:00pm for an hour and a half

and that was just fine with us.

Take into consideration the fact that the Reliant Stadium is holding

on to 71,900 people...thats a whole lotta money sitting in one building

when you have a carnival out side, food, drinks, and lots of liquor

that needs to be purchased inside the Hide Out tent all out in the

parking lot awaiting that money. Therefore yes, you give Janet

some time, but you release those people out to the other venders-they are

commodities to the Houston economy.

Reliant Stadium had been entertaining us since 6:45 with horse races, bull riding, mut bustin, etc... way before Janet came out to perform, so yes it was time to release the people.

Releasing the people from inside of the Reliant Stadium left them with

only three hours to make more money in the parking lots. They had to spread the money around. They had already gotten their money for Janet's tickets.

OMG! Do you know who difficult it is to empty 71,900 people out of a stadium :w00t:

It took a full hour for all of those people to exit

that building and it was clastraphobic just trying to get out-jam

packed, but we had a wonderful time-concert, carnival, partying in the

hide out tent, food, drinks, rodeo entertainment, etc...

GO HOUSTON- RODEO HOUSTON MARCH 4, 2011

exaaaactly...............................and we all know it was the conservative/republicans who crucified Janet after the superbowl. I think "Journey" blessed the congregation so it'z all good

Stop lying! I'm a conservative independent and I will not let you get away with that.

Both democrats and republicans-lots of Americans crucified Janet even

her own fans. We all know what Spike Lee said and he's a democrat living

in New York. If you gone tell the truth-tell the whole truth.

Ok... now that I've taken a nap today (day after the concert) and

got my energy/mental falcuties back. Here's some more information

about the concert.

The Janet Jackson programs costed us $30

But, but, but... they are way larger than 8x10 and the pictures

inside of it are so huge and nice.

Some of the t-shirts were $35 and they sold out of the one

that had "Janet" written accross the front of it in red-they sold

of every size in that one. After the concert the lines to buy the

programs and t-shirts were very long and certain t-shirts had been

taken off the wall since they didnt have any more.

That money was flowing. This is one of Janets most well organized

tours. I bought a program (tour book) but not a t-shirt. This is my

third Janet concert and I never wear the t-shirts (bought one at

the Rock With U concert) but the programs I always buy.

I knew it... I just knew it. I told yall, I said when she come to

Houston she gone leave with a boat load of money. I knew it. Houstonians

are loaded with excess money and they dont have anything to spend it on.

Our sports team never make the playoffs in football and basketball-that saves

us money. Houston doesn't have an amusement park-no type of Disney Land

theme park any where in it and its the 4th largest city in America. People

in Houston just sitting on lots of excess money.

Anyhow... only one wardrobe change but great concert! :good:

due to time constraints, Janet had to keep the songs coming

and she did a really good job.
