Honourable mentions to Avril Lavigne, Tegan and Sara, Keane, George Michael, Sia, John Legend, Prince, Scissor Sisters, and U2.

Personally, this is one of the toughest years to choose. So many big moments. The arrival of Kanye West and James Blunt. Gwen's debut. Kelly's breakthrough. Brandy's artistic peak. Green Day's rock extravaganza. Eventually though, I settled on Love. Angel. Music. Baby. I think Gwen delivered one of the finest pop albums of the decade. Every song sounded fresh and stood independent, yet the album never felt incohesive. The College Dropout is a very close runner-up for me.

Its funny how this board flip flops. At one point most of this board was praising Confessions now ppl wanna act like it wasn't shit.

i've always said that it is a shitty generic album :excited: and MY opinion doesn't = the board nor does Matt's , Austin's etc :excited:
