I'm thinking I might just whimp out and just have California Rolls or somethin Philadelphia rolls, dragon rolls with shrimp tempura are delicious Spicy salmon rolls are delicious too if you want to stay in the normal lane. I have had bbq eel and stuff but I am not a fan of eel,squid, octopus no matter how they cook it I always get a rubbery taste and im just not about it. Abalone is delicious. as for rolls, I like rolls that have eel, shrimp tempura, smoked salmon, tuna. IF you're new to sushi i recommend getting rolls that are baked.
