These items were seized during the 2003 raid on Neverland. Not a single incriminating piece of evidence is listed in these documents. These documents are item lists put together by the district attorney himself, Tom Sneddon. The same piece of shit who clearly had a vendetta against Michael Jackson. These are documents that he put together asking the judge to allow these items into evidence for the criminal trial. Not a single shred of anything listed in the documents were admissible into court.. Why is that...? Because none of this was considered child pornography and none of this was against the law to own. Even the district attorney said that nothing listed "would be considered illegal" about every single item individually in these documents... However I did see some of the images of the young children....And I must say it always bothered me that Micheal had so many pictures of kids. A certain type of kid too. As someone who is a surviver of childhood molestation I always side eyed his connect to children. The Wade Robson situation was eye opening..... And yes I know the excuse "oh he never had a childhood and that's why he wanted to be around children ". But to that I say neither did Marlon, Randy, and Janet.
