I don't think they knew how to market it. It's like they tried to appeal to the Mamma Mia! crowd and rock fans but got lost somewhere in between. That movie just had no appeal to me at all, I wouldn't want to go see it and I wouldn't watch it as a rental either. I am looking forward to the Spiderman reboot to see what they have in store.
