bu.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fXieE6X-w0 I like that the music sounds like Vogue - but this song is so boring.
janetDAYZ
It samples something else besides "Vogue"....I cant put my finger on it tho ...I feel like its on the tip of my tougue ...nonetheless..its an okay track. Definately sound like it was recorded around the "Destiny Fulfilled" era.
TwistedElegance™
I'm loving the '90s vibe. I wasn't expecting that trip-hoppish beat to come in, and the little synths remind me of Inner City's 'Big Fun'. I really like this.
bu.
It's slightly grown on me but I don't like the way it ends - it ends so abruptly. I'm annoyed that after 9 years this is what they're giving us though tbh . I mean it's ok but I wanted something more 'anthematic'. I guess there's always a proper reunion to look forward to. Reyna ♔
It could potentially grow on me, but after so long I'm disappointed that this is the new material they're giving us. At this point I'm pretty "Why bother?" about it all.
Illi
I like the fusion of East Coast House and Detroit Techno, but I feel the song could have been better than this. But I like it though.
ThatOtherFan
I understand why it was previously unreleased...

Kim
It's definitely not an instant pop smash. I like it though. But I can see why Beyonce didn't want writing credits for this one.

LoveSupreme
Umm...it's OK. Kinda lazy, tbh. Production and vocally. The drum loop samples Lyn Collins' "Think", or a more familiar reference would be "It Takes Two" by Rob Base. It's used a lot in Bmore club music too. And the synths are so Pharrell. Idk' kinda disappointed, but I don't hate it though.
Aquaria
Its kinda fresh but feels unpolished.
Rock & Roll Hall of Game
And the synths are so Pharrell. Idk' kinda disappointed, but I don't hate it though. This song could have stayed unreleased... and they COULD have created a new song completely... It's boring.. very early 2000s sounded.. it sounds dated... too dated for radio.. It's boring.. very early 2000s sounded.. it sounds dated... too dated for radio.. Yeah, it's kinda half-ass for a "reunion" record. Maybe Bey didn't want it to overshadow what she's putting out. Just a thought.

Just a thought. actually, you're probably right... I know I wouldn't want the "Groups" song to be better than the solo act that's been going at it for 10 years... It would place doubt on her entire career
janetDAYZ
Did yall really expect a fresh up-to-date sounding record? "Unreleased" ...that alone lets you know that it was gonna sound dated to some degree..I mean whens the last time they recorded together ...05?! ...so yeah it makes sense why the record sounds like that. Because of those reasons I wasn't expecting too much at all. Maybe I always prepare myself  Think about those unreleased Damita Jo tracks that came to surface. They sounded "04" as they should. jarrylf
LOFL, to think, I actually thought yesterday ".......what if you like it.....what if it's LOOSE MY BREATH GOOD" OMG!!!!!! I had to actually laugh at that thought lol
