Another round which was really hard to cut the numbers. Commiserations to Dr. Dre, Mariah Carey, Melanie C, Backstreet Boys, and Missy Elliott (to name a few).

1999 was chock-full of big albums, but none bigger for me than Macy's debut. In close proximity are TLC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kelis, and Moby. I also loved Santana's album.

i adored Kelis when she first came out, her debut is absolutely brilliant. But my girl boo Fiona is just on some other shit (both sonically and lyrically), i mean that album title alone lets me know that the bitch aint right in the head.
