He was not that appealing during the tour .. Which says a lot, because most black men who sported the drippy curl looked a fool. But a few looked good, and MJ was one of them. Even his baby hair was on point. He looked good in the Bad era videos, but if you look at still shot from that era, you can see he was already doing too much. He was wearing way too much makeup.
