    That's what I think would happen. I forget the term/theory but it states that are people might chose the more "socially desirable/acceptable" choice in order to please the status quo or general population instead of their own personal choice(s). It's hard for stats and polls to catch this

    Absolutely. This was probably going to be her last major political endeavor either way. Yeah this is a big loss for the party... She still got further than she did in 2008 though so it's something... I'm sure they're diplomatic enough to accept the results and move forward though with re-energizing the party

    The big demographic this election was men aged 40 and up. Bernie probably would have lost too (probably a closer race though)

    They really did...Not to mention she never clicked well with that group for a few reasons... Not to mention it's the biggest demographic The final 2 weeks really hurt her with many people who weren't happy about her even before. Bernie's supporters probably voted for Trump instead as well

    Beyonce's team took one short clip down before the ceremony. Idk about the rest of the promo though. Those disrespectful commentators don't help the CMAs claims at all either... Glad to see Beyhive take care of Kenny Chesney though lol

    There is nothing wrong with JanFam/RN being aware of different opinions regarding Janet From what I read he seems like one of those punk-rock fans that's mad that his faves aren't in the hall. That Janet paragraph alone can be easily dissected let alone the whole article . Janet's music actually saved lives... Can The Carpenters say that? Many acts can't... P.S I tried looking for his Twitter but couldn't find it.

    Let's see...The tour was cancelled early March (excluding Dubai). She made the official announcement of her expecting a month later in April. I think the shoot for people was in September or so and the London pics more recently. Honestly have no idea if she already had the baby since I thought she would late fall due date (late Oct-early Nov). In any case pretty sure it won't be long before we find out

    Good to see people finally seeing the light! The politics surrounding the whole ceremony is what irritates me. She was basically a buzz name for last year's ceremony and appearently her ability to perform at the ceremony was possibly a factor (probably just a rumor though). The InductJanet campaign actually spawned similar campaigns for Whitney and Mariah I think! ? At the last woman inducted not attending. Let them know!

    I was actually a bit surprised she made the ballot again. I'm glad she got another nod though and hope she makes it this time. At a glance I think the acts are more varied than last year's lineup. I think Tupac will be inducted (as he should)

    Nice, I didn't know that. Just switched to Hulu (from Netflix) a while ago but haven't used it much since I usually watch tv live. Some are missing on Hulu? Well it'll be nice to see what they do have in better quality than JanetMedia

    AMC had a Child's Play/Chucky marathon yesterday night. Only saw 2 though.

    At my university we have receptacles for recycling and composting everywhere and an Environmental Action organization club sort of thing that keeps everyone up to date on topics like clean energy and environmental pollution. Family does its fair share too when possible too. I hope that the efforts against global warming and pollution continue though. And yes it is a shame that this topic doesn't get as much coverage as it should
