Currently listening..... Definitely her “Made For Now”, tho this doesn’t seem as fun to sing along to. The chorus lost me, her “chi chi cha-ing” can be seen as basic and annoying but at least this seems more thoughtful and subtle than something like “B!tch, I’m Madonna!”.....until “B!tch I’m Loca” is released maybe???

All For You!!! Only because that’s the era I became a devoted fan!!! Bout all her cds, music video collections, watch the MTV Icon show over and over, followed each new single released, watched AFY live in Hawaii the following year, etc. Never looked back and stop making her one of, if not, my favorite mIsco idol of all time!

Welp!!! It’s official gays and girls!!! Madonna has just released a short video clip with a snippet from the album’s first single and her confirming the album will in fact be titled “Madame X”. Sounds completely over the top and cheesy I know but hell of a lot more interesting than “MDNA” and “Rebel Heart” visually already!

Like I said, not bad my ANY means and that opening was EPIC I agree! my other favorite moments was the “Trust A Try” Performance, Missy coming in during “Son of A Gun”, the uhhhh “WYM” audience participation performance and of course, the encore with her straight up killing “DRM” with that sexy outfit n a mic!!! No other female could EVER!!!

Maybe because it’s the very first Janet concert I ever saw via VHS of course!!! But there was something so raw and thrilling at that tour where everything from the the execution of the dance moves to the dance moves themselves felt so much more intense and raw!!! Thematically, visually, not to mention production wise, a concert had NEVER been that theatrical and elaborate in storytelling as well as concept! Lots of people and even artist refer to that tour as one of the greatest of all time! It earned her multiple Emmy nods and is the reason that Janet was given yet another prime time slot by HBO!!! The VR Tour in concert I believe brought in their highest ratings for a concert special at the time! One again! Thought provoking and pioneering! AFY was a great tour but seemed more like light-hearted version of something practically riveting and flawless!

Following in the footsteps of Janet as usual.

Honestly, the AFY tour was such a downgrade from TVR tour!!! Not bad by any means, but only because that tour set the bar SOOOOO high in terms of theatrics and production that Janet has yet to top it....and really doesn’t need to. The RWU tour came VERY close to beating it but it was soooo short lived and over time, Janet couldn’t commit to such an elaborate and lengthy show at her age at the time. Metamorphosis could be the show that brings her back to that level of visuals and production, as long as she doesn’t overdo it! Pace yourself momma! You have nothing more to prove! You still got it! Don’t try so hard and just do Janet!

.....You can not be serious!!! Usher’s prime was ‘97-‘04 and has been VERY spotty since outsides a couple more hits! He’s NO innovator or icon of anything besides introducing to the world that child spawn from Canada who became more relevant than him REALLY soon after! Oh myyyyyy goooddd!!!

If “Metamorphosis” is truly an autobiographical show from her childhood to motherhood, then give us the hits AND new music!!! Janet has to promote that new music for the younger fans in terms of streaming and ITune sales! “Made For Now” reintroduced her to the late millienial generation pretty well of the heavy promotion with radio, music video and live performances. She NEEDS to push it further this ho around to keep herself in the limelight of music! Trust! When “Dammn Baby” came on during the SOTW concert in Boston, the young in’s n even older fans were into it just to see Janet dance n perform her ass off!

I swear Beyonce be treating herself like the Micheal Jackson of the 21st Century. Accessible in doses n practically untouchable at others. I don’t get it!!!
