CK1Czar
From Mediabase: Brandy “Put It Down” has a great chance of making #1 on Urban before the month of November vs. French Montana “Pop That” Projection: “Put it Down” & “Pop That” are going to replace the dying “Adorn” & “Turn Out the Lights” record. Brandy’s “thorn on the side will be the Trey Songz “Dive In” record, which is just under 100 spins less than Brandy “Put it Down”

CK1Czar
Damn Trey! I know, but the charts are based on Audience impressions. He can have more spins than Bran but if the audience impressions are less, then he will chart lower than her

CK1Czar
Sean Garrett has been praised as one of the best R&B songwriters of the past decade, but on Saturday (Sept. 29) in Atlanta, he preferred to take the conversation off of himself. He only wanted to talk about one singer: Brandy. "The Brandy album is all I'm talking about tonight," he told The BoomBox on the red carpet at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards. "That album is nuts. I just feel like... I couldn't believe that people were really ready to discount her as an incredible artist." "I just hate that about our generation; we're so quick to dismiss greatness," he stated. "When other people can tour until they're 70 years old and we don't even embrace our people enough to encourage them and lift them up." Garrett is mainly excited about bringing Brandy's new sound to the masses because he says it's what R&B is in need of these days. He and producer Bangladesh, who crafted the beat for her Chris Brown-assisted "Put It Down," knocked out six songs on the chanteuse's sixth LP, entitled Two Eleven. "It's amazing," Garrett continued. "I actually keep talking about it but it's really, really dope. If y'all love 'Put It Down,' if y'all love 'Wildest Dream,' just wait." Two Eleven is slated for release Oct. 16 Sean Garrett on Brandy and Two Eleven
CK1Czar
From glamour Magazine. Anticipated things for October: BRANDY'S BACK Y'ALL. Neva say, neva say, neva say nevaaaa... Two Eleven comes out on 10/16. I've probably never been more excited for anything. No pressure, Brandy.
J.
No Such Thing As Too Late is an R&B smash in the making. Shoulda been the second single, since it's more radio friendly

Shoulda been the second single, since it's more radio friendly It's not a single, just a treat. She is singing though, but I can't with Rico Love and Jim Jonsin's stale-ass production that they've used a thousand times. On the Brandy board, they are saying it's her "Let's Wait Awhile"

If it was given to Kelly Rowland it would essentially be subpar. I suppose

They rave about those two, so I hope one of those are the next single
jarrylf
I like No Such Thing As Too Late, it's no Wildest Dreams, but it's way better than Put It Down. It's the Brandy type of song I've been wanting for a long time. (tho Wildest Dreams is specifically what I was looking for)

I want her album to be at least moderately successful (for her audience)
hotboy06
No Such Thing is a good song..Brandy is killing the vocals..never heard her sound like that before tbqh. But.. Jim Jonsin and co. are so damn repetitive..Melodically, it's just like "Motivation"..you can hear the similarities..
